High Temperature Uniformity Box Furnace Diagram PID Intelligent Temperature Control Heating Element

 

Brief Description:
Designed for university laboratories and scientific research institutions, it is equipped with a PID intelligent temperature control system and a 30-segment programmable controller, which can achieve accurate temperature control of ±0.5℃. The furnace is made of high-density ceramic fiber material and energy-saving silicon-molybdenum rod heating elements, which effectively reduces energy consumption while ensuring a stable output of 1600℃ high temperature. The equipment supports multi-gas atmosphere control and can be fed with inert gases such as argon and nitrogen to meet the diverse experimental needs of material annealing, sintering, ashing, etc.

Industry Applications and Advantages:
This box-type furnace adopts a double-layer shell structure, and the furnace chamber adopts 1900 type alumina polycrystalline fiber material imported from Mitsubishi, Japan. The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature. The power regulator is used to control the current and can limit the current throughout the whole process. The furnace is equipped with a travel switch for powering off when the door is opened, an ammeter, a voltmeter, etc.
