For workpieces of different materials and specifications, operators can quickly adjust parameters such as mesh belt speed, temperature curve, atmosphere conditions, etc. to achieve a variety of heat treatment processes. From simple annealing to complex carburizing and quenching processes, the mesh belt furnace can easily cope with it. In addition, the equipment supports the process recipe storage function, which can store commonly used heat treatment process parameters for easy next call, greatly improving production efficiency and shortening product switching time.
