Brief Description:
The powder sintering kiln has reached a leading level in environmental protection performance. The exhaust gas treatment system equipped can effectively purify the exhaust gas generated during the sintering process, remove harmful gases and dust, ensure that the emission meets the standards, and meet national environmental protection requirements. In addition, the low-noise design during the operation of the kiln reduces the impact on the surrounding environment and creates a good working environment for the staff. The energy-saving and high-efficiency characteristics not only reduce energy consumption, but also indirectly reduce carbon emissions, achieving the dual benefits of production and environmental protection.

(4) Number of temperature control groups: 16 heating temperature zones are set in the length direction of the furnace body, the first 5 temperature zones are middle temperature control, the last 11 temperature zones are independent temperature control of the upper and lower temperature zones, and temperature measuring holes are reserved in the middle. A total of 27 temperature control groups (6 zones and 7 groups in the heating section, 10 zones and 20 groups in the constant temperature section)
