Brief Description:

For powder materials with different characteristics, the powder sintering furnace shows strong adaptability. Whether it is high-melting-point metal powder, low-melting-point ceramic powder, or composite materials with special properties, the ideal sintering effect can be achieved through customized design and process adjustment. Its good uniformity ensures that the material is heated evenly during the sintering process, avoiding local overheating or overcooling, thereby producing products with consistent performance and reliable quality, which are widely used in electronics, aerospace, new energy and other fields.

(1) Effective size of furnace: 24820X750X230mm (LXWXH)

(4) Number of temperature control groups: 16 heating temperature zones are set in the length direction of the furnace body, the first 5 temperature zones are middle temperature control, the last 11 temperature zones are independent temperature control of the upper and lower temperature zones, and temperature measuring holes are reserved in the middle. A total of 27 temperature control groups (6 zones and 7 groups in the heating section, 10 zones and 20 groups in the constant temperature section)

(6) Effective cross-section temperature difference of constant temperature zone ±5℃ (subject to the measurement of temperature measuring block)
(7) Temperature control method: SCR phase shift voltage regulation, intelligent instrument temperature control
