Application:

High vacuum annealing furnace is used for vacuum sintering in powder metallurgy, ceramic metallization, transparent ceramics, silicon carbide semiconductors and other industries, including vacuum sintering, tempering and annealing of metals such as copper, tungsten, titanium alloys and alloy materials composed of refractory metals.

Features:
(1) The integrated touch screen and self-developed program control are more accurate than buttons, manual valves and other controls, and each process is more precise to ensure the stability of product quality.
(2) The inner tank adopts 304 full-welded inner tank, and the pressure rise rate index is tested by helium mass spectrometer vacuum leak detector. The digital display is sensitive and can ensure the authenticity of the data. The pressure rise rate index is better than the minimum value of the national standard. The double-layer water-cooled jacket structure is not easy to produce scale. The furnace is strictly polished and the finish is better than Δ6. Reasonable reinforcement equipment can effectively ensure the service life of the furnace; greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment.
(3) The insulation material is made of tungsten-molybdenum stainless steel. The grid-type reasonable design structure can not only ensure the insulation performance of the entire insulation layer, but also improve the uniformity of the temperature zone, and also allow it to cool down faster during the cooling process to achieve maximum production efficiency.
