High Density Sintering Powder Metallurgy Furnace Powder Molding Solid Material Calcination

 

Brief Description:

From the perspective of structural design, the powder sintering kiln adopts a modular structure, which is convenient for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment. Each functional module can be flexibly combined and upgraded according to actual production needs, effectively reducing the maintenance cost and time cost of the equipment. The refractory material of the kiln is made of high-quality high-temperature resistant and thermal shock resistant materials, which can withstand frequent temperature changes and extend the service life of the equipment. At the same time, its good anti-corrosion performance makes it suitable for a variety of complex working conditions, and it can operate stably in both acidic and alkaline environments.

(1) Effective size of furnace: 24820X750X230mm (LXWXH)
(2) Design temperature: 1150℃
(3) Common temperature: 1100℃
(4) Number of temperature control groups: 16 heating temperature zones are set in the length direction of the furnace body, the first 5 temperature zones are middle temperature control, the last 11 temperature zones are independent temperature control of the upper and lower temperature zones, and temperature measuring holes are reserved in the middle. A total of 27 temperature control groups (6 zones and 7 groups in the heating section, 10 zones and 20 groups in the constant temperature section)

(6) Effective cross-section temperature difference of constant temperature zone ±5℃ (subject to the measurement of temperature measuring block)
(7) Temperature control method: SCR phase shift voltage regulation, intelligent instrument temperature control
(8) Heating method: spiral resistance wire rod and silicon carbon rod horizontal heating up and down, of which the first 5 temperature zones are heated by resistance wire rod, and the last 11 temperature zones are heated by silicon carbon rod
