Hot Melt Spinning Process Refractory Ceramic Fiber Blanket Low Thermal Conductivity Excellent Tensile Strength

 

Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber blanket is an inorganic refractory fiber material with high-purity alumina and silica as the main components. It is made by melt blowing or spinning fiber forming process, and then strengthened by needle punching process to form a flexible and high-strength blanket structure. It has extremely low thermal conductivity and excellent high temperature resistance. The long-term use temperature can reach 1000°C~1350°C, and the instantaneous temperature resistance is higher. It is suitable for industrial furnace lining, pipeline insulation, power equipment insulation and other fields. Ceramic fiber blanket is not only light in weight and small in heat capacity, but also can effectively reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. At the same time, it has excellent thermal shock resistance and chemical stability, can resist acid and alkali corrosion, and is widely used in high-temperature insulation needs in metallurgy, petrochemical, building materials and other industries.
