Airflow Erosion Resistance Refractory Ceramic Fiber Module Long Service Life Lining of Heating Equipment

 

Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber modules are a new generation of energy-saving furnace lining materials, consisting of high-purity ceramic fibers that are precisely folded, compressed and equipped with a special anchor system. This modular refractory unit adopts a unique "folded blanket" structure. After installation, the fiber direction is perpendicular to the hot surface, maximizing the thermal insulation performance of the fiber. The modular design increases construction efficiency by more than 50%, and no on-site cutting is required, ensuring the integrity and sealing of the furnace lining. Ceramic fiber modules can be divided into standard type, high aluminum type and zirconium type according to the temperature grade, and can withstand high temperature environments up to 1400℃.

The module with anchor is the standard module, without anchor is folded block.
Since the fiber module keeps a certain volume of compression when it is made. After the completion of installation, due to its own expansion, the furnace lining will be no gaps between each other, it improves the insulation performance of the furnace lining.
