Vacuum Forming Process Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board Good Strength Refractory Lining of Industrial Furnaces

 

Brief Description:

Ceramic fiberboard is a high-performance refractory insulation material made of ceramic fiber as the main raw material through wet vacuum forming or dry pressing process. It is based on high-purity alumina and silica, and forms a dense and uniform plate structure through a special process, with excellent mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. Ceramic fiberboard has an extremely low thermal conductivity, and the long-term use temperature can reach 1000°C~1600°C. It is suitable for industrial furnace linings, high-temperature equipment insulation, thermal instrument protection and other fields. Compared with traditional refractory bricks, it is lighter and has lower heat capacity, which can significantly reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. In addition, ceramic fiberboard also has good thermal shock resistance and chemical stability, can resist acid and alkali corrosion, and is widely used in high-temperature environments in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry and other industries.
